(6) For the purposes of this Article a person of dual
nationality, one of which nationalities is British and the
other Chinese, shall not be deemed, whilst in China, to be
a British Subject.
And the Right Honourable
one of His Majesty's Principal Secretaries of State, is to
give the necessary directions herein.
